The Facilities Coordinator position is a Client-facing role, focusing on implementation and delivery of customer-related services and coordination; and providing support to Facilities Management Team and Client with the direct goal of enhancing the overall customer experience.


Customer Service Support to Facilities Team, Client and Client customers with the primary focus on raising the bar on quality and service.  This includes but is not limited to:

Work with facilities management team on monthly supply orders
Coordinates with onsite and regional Facilities Team to advance service quality and enhance the client partnership
Provide value-added creative solutions and support client goals and initiatives
Respond to requests for information from Facility Management Team and Client
Review work order assignments, schedules, proposals and invoices to ensure timely completion to meet or exceed assign SLA
Work with the finance team on the creation and management of purchase orders via JD Edwards
Other duties as assigned
