Key aspects of the role: Daily interaction with customer to identify needs and execute solutions
Ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution of work order requests·
Perform weekly walkthrough inspections of site.
Follow up with landlord and vendor(s) on all service-related issues.
Identify operational areas that require attention and maintain the facilities presentation to the highest standard to both internal and external customers.
Conduct regular service meetings with contractors and enforce contract terms.
Comply with all safety and quality-related matters on-site.
Manage response to on-site incidents and required reporting
