Young Professional / Student membership is open to real estate professionals in the Washington, D.C. area that are currently enrolled in an accredited educational program related to real estate and/or for those individuals 30 years and under. Proof of enrollment or age will be required. Membership runs through the calendar year and expires on December 31 of the current year, regardless of when activated.
