Meet Anitra Androh

Anitra D. Androh is a real estate lawyer who represents clients in commercial real estate transactions, in the disposition, acquisition, and development of mixed-use, commercial, and residential projects. Anitra has extensive experience in the preparation and negotiation of development agreements, ground leases, construction management agreements, property management agreements, cost-sharing agreements, reciprocal easement agreements and declarations of covenants, conditions, and restrictions. Anitra handles all aspects of tax-exempt financings and affordable housing development financings. She regularly serves as bond counsel to borrowers, issuers and trustees.

Her practice also involves the creation of condominium regimes and the negotiation and settlement of warranty claims filed against developers by condominium associations. Anitra represents clients in the preparation and negotiation of commercial leases and regularly advises clients regarding the Americans with Disability Act claims and other related provisions in commercial leases.
