Associate – Clean Energy and Infrastructure

JLL’s Clean Energy and Infrastructure Advisory (CE&I) team provides high-quality financial and transaction advisory services to public agencies, lenders, and investors primarily in the transportation, energy, and water infrastructure sectors, as well as other industries across the United States.  The hiring team mostly works with clients and advises them on matters related to complex financial structures, including non-recourse project financing and public-private partnerships (P3s), as well as municipal and corporate financings. The team regularly serves as financial advisor on infrastructure financing transactions ranging in size from $25 million to $2 billion and provides other related services, including project development, procurement assistance, and project governance, financial feasibility, business case analysis, risk management assistance, restructuring and work-outs, loan portfolio management, and programmatic assistance.

As an Associate within Clean Energy and Infrastructure Advisory team, you’ll be an essential member of a client-facing delivery team. The ideal candidate will have professional experience with power and energy infrastructure projects in one of the specific areas of CE&I’s delivery (e.g., microgrids, renewables, distributed energy, EV charging infrastructure), a technical degree, strong communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and excellent problem-solving ability.
