Technician is involved in the performing both preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance. This position requires a high level of technical expertise with a variety of building infrastructure. Involved in campus’ repairs, protects, and beautifies various interior and exterior surfaces and various components of the physical structure of building in client facility providing painting and Carpentry work. Technician will be performing both preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance on multiple interior and exterior surfaces. The position may be called upon to perform other general maintenance and support duties on an as-needed basis.
