As a Project & Development (PDS) Project Coordinator at JLL, you will support a construction project management team in delivering challenging projects

Your ability to adopt new technologies, contribute to efficient processes, and oversee project documentation will be key to your success

Project management and client’s representative responsibilities

Prepare project management reports and maintain reporting dashboards

Manage project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and schedules

Maintain project documents on internal and client SharePoint sites

Perform financial duties, such as budget and purchase order entries

Manage account project closeouts

Responsible for internal team communication functions, including presentations and newsletters

Demonstrate proficiency in project management technology

Attend meetings and schedule as directed

Assist with developing and updating project documentation

Collaborate effectively with team members
