The Assistant Facilities Manager supports a team of 3-4 Facilities Managers and work collaboratively with support personal to manage maintenance, repair, and services to a geographical associated portfolio of 35 – 55 locations. The Assistant Facilities Manager supports facility maintenance, work order management and reporting, customer/client services, financial operations, and supplier management. The position will also support client relationship management with internal and client stakeholders in achieving the client’s real estate goals and objectives.
